BBI offers a variety of coaching services options that include one-on-one and group coaching, seminars and workshops, and strategic mastermind programs. BBI Coaching Programs for Business Owners...

Below is an outline of some of the steps in our process, and how we will work with you to develop a "win-win" partnership, when you contact BBI for coaching assistance:

1. Initial meeting – this is our discovery meeting to determine the health of our business, areas of strength, areas that need attention, opportunities, threats, our compatibility, and the best way to implement Maximum Profits in Minimum Time into your business.
2. BBI researches and prepares a proposal that best suits you, your budget, your timeframe, and your goals.
3. Strategy Meeting – BBI meets with you to discuss our recommendations and the plans of how-to implement Maximum Profits in Minimum Time into your business.
   1. Remember, we have a variety of ways to get your business to the next level – Single Power Session (4 hours), three month focus plan, year-long coaching sessions, or outsourcing of specific areas to us.
   2. And, if one-on-one coaching isn’t right for you, then we can recommend one of our workshops, High Performance Coaching or our Maximum Profits in Minimum Time Teleclass sessions.
4. The work begins and so do the results.

Power Coaching Session

BBI’s Power Coaching is designed to address short-term projects that require additional resources or special skills to complete. Power Coaching includes:

• An initial assessment review to help us define the business opportunity, project requirements, and scope of work.
• One 4-hour coaching/consulting session.
• Transcript of our meeting
• Audio recording of our meeting
• Report of all the actionable steps identified in our meeting
• Email and telephone access for 30 days after completion of the 4-hour coaching session.
• Access to BBI’s clients only site for additional information and resources.
• $995 for the full 4-hour session.

High Performance Coaching

High Performance Coaching is a mastermind program, and can be one of the most powerful tools you will experience, because you will connect with other "like minded" entrepreneurs and small business owners who are focused on business building and success. HPC includes:

• One 75-minute live meeting per month with BBI and other experts in the areas of marketing, success and motivation.
• Online digital and CD recordings of all HPC sessions.
• Private online access to our High Performance Coaching group.
• Email access between coaching sessions.
• $47 per month.

One-on-One Coaching

BBI offers one-on-one coaching to clients for both short-term projects, and for 12-month or longer engagements. One-on-one coaching includes:

• An extensive business evaluation to help us identify the business opportunities, challenges and areas of improvement.
• Work with you to develop the detailed action plans, priorities, timeframes and deliverables required to address your unique business needs.
• Two – Four 45-minute coaching sessions per month.
• Email and telephone access between coaching sessions.
• Access to BBI's clients only site for additional information and resources.
